Colin LePage has proudly called Haverhill home since 1997, when he moved here with his family. A dedicated public servant and homeowner for over 25 years, Colin was elected to the Haverhill City Council in 2009 and has served for 14 years—earning a reputation as a tireless advocate for residents, local businesses, and fiscal responsibility.

As Councilor At-Large and former Vice President of the Council, Colin became known as a budget watchdog, always putting people before politics. His approach is straightforward: dig into the numbers, ask the tough questions, and redirect every wasted dollar back into the community.

Colin’s leadership is rooted in action, accountability, and a genuine care for Haverhill’s future — making him a councilor who not only listens but delivers.
